All aboard!
Have a closer look on how we redesigned this comprehensive platform.

Infrabel manages the entire Belgian railway infrastructure. It was founded in 2005 by the NMBS and sails it's own course since the liberalisation of the railway network.

We were commissioned for a complete redesign of Infrabel’s public website.

Getting up to speed.
Discovery & content inventory workshops

In a series of co-creative workshops, we focused on the needs of both Infrabel and their target audiences. We mapped the top tasks and defined the key messages. Once this was done, we sketched out page models to experiment with different concepts.

Setting up the track.
Wireframing

After the page models we moved on to more detailed wireframes, highlighting the new storyline and all the functionality.
